Ashley Wunderlich is passionate about financial planning for entire families. As your Family CFO at Moneta, she strives to educate every family member – including children – about personal finance. She holds particular passion for helping women achieve financial independence.
Ashley graduated from Saint Louis University with a major in economics and a minor in psychology. She was awarded the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship Key given to each year’s top business student, and also received the Outstanding Senior in Economics Plaque.
Ashley considers her psychology background as a competitive advantage in her ability to serve clients. She is fascinated by each client’s individual values regarding money and believes she is uniquely situated to impact their lives through truly understanding their financial goals. Every new problem to solve is a thrill for her as she empowers people to navigate life’s path and protect what they cherish. She especially takes joy in understanding charitable organizations and giving to maximize the positive difference we can all make through philanthropy.
Ashley earned her Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, UK. She most recently worked as a mutual fund research analyst and fixed income trader at Edward Jones for eight years, and considers her deep understanding of investments as another one of her competitive advantages as a financial advisor. She also previously worked at UBS and Lehman Brothers.
Ashley stays active in her community as a member of the CFA Society of St. Louis, the United Way de Tocqueville and Animal Protective Association 1922 Society. She particularly enjoys volunteering with animals. Ashley fostered dogs before having two children with her husband, adopting her two dogs in the process. She believes every person and animal deserves respect.
Ashley also enjoys playing tennis and the violin and, most of all, spending time with family.
