Anna McDonald joined Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes at Moneta after spending more than six years as a reporter for ESPN. She has also worked with The New York Times, FOX Sports, and USA Today. As Senior Support Specialist, Anna utilizes her sports background to serve professional athletes by assisting them with their day-to-day financial needs.
“I am so thankful for the athletes, media, agents and general managers I have relationships with because of my years and work at ESPN,” said Anna McDonald. “As my sports writing years continued, I developed a strong desire to work with athletes and not just write about them. I discovered there were times when no one protected athletes’ best interests, and I realized I wanted to be part of something which helped athletes both on and off the field.”
The Compardo, Wienstroer & Janes’ Athlete & Entertainment Services Practice supports athletes and bolsters their ability to leave a powerful legacy. Our boutique experience of service offerings and a 360-degree approach to all aspects of athletes’ financial lives helps them to achieve their goals and prepare them for whatever comes their way.
