Department Heads
Talented professionals support every Family CFO team at Moneta Group, providing specific knowledge and expertise, as well as the necessary administrative resources that make it possible for teams to focus on the needs of their clients. In addition to the important contributions each department provides to the firm, six department heads and their teams are often at the forefront of client interactions. Family CFO Team Support Staff:
Client Service Managers and Client Service Assistants provide principal teams with crucial administrative support. They prepare copies of financial plans and investment reviews that clients receive in review meeting with principals, prepare fee bills for review and manage files—tasks that are vital contributions to each team. But at Moneta Group, the valued staff members do not work behind the scenes. Their most important contribution is their hands-on work with clients, the kind of personal assistance that builds relationships and provides 'Raving Fan' service.
