Karen Reese, MBA

Knowing that you are an integral part of assisting clients to realize their goals and dreams is very satisfying to Karen Reese, and it is an important role for the professional consultant.  Working with clients over many years, seeing the process unfold as you help them save for college and then share the excitement of watching them send that child off to a university is very rewarding. Helping a client achieve their dreams of retirement or buying a vacation home is an exciting and gratifying profession.  “We truly are a client’s CFO,” Karen says. “We are involved in all aspects of their financial well-being. It is thrilling to wake up every morning passionate about what you do.”

That sense of purpose has continued everyday since Karen came to Moneta Group in 1994. She firmly believes in Moneta’s core values, doing only what is in the best interest for clients, delivering 'Raving Fan' service and feeling passionate about what she does every day. “This value system makes every decision so much easier. I never have to wonder if what we help clients decide is best for them; I know that is the guiding principle in everything we do.”

Prior to joining Moneta Group as a professional consultant for the Georgen team, Karen spent 13 years in the banking and financial industry.  The mother of two children, she enjoys reading, biking and involvement in the charities that are so important to her.
