Ron Wienstroer brings to Moneta Group more than 17 years of experience in public accounting. While a tax partner at Ernst & Young, Ron was involved in various leadership, business development and client service roles, experience well suited to his Family CFO role at Moneta. “Having a work/life balance is important to me, and Moneta Group has been a great fit for my skills, interests and family life.”
He calls his experience as a partner at Ernst & Young “phenomenal,” explaining that his mentors and peers all contributed to his growth. Ron is confident that his ability to understand people, listen, and develop long-term relationships makes Moneta a perfect fit. “I understand the importance of consistently exceeding client expectations,” he says.
Ron spent the first 11 years of his career at PriceWaterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). That proved to be a great training ground, providing excellent mentors as well as the opportunity to experience all facets of the business from the corporate side to individuals and their families.
Ron and his wife, Diane Compardo, have three active boys. He enjoys coaching his boys’ basketball teams and having family season tickets with the Cardinals. Ron also likes to spend time reading, exploring new wines, and taking family adventure trips. He is also a member of Westborough Country Club.
