Personal service and individual attention are the hallmarks of the services Moneta Group principal Karl Dunajcik brings to each of his clients. "Although I work under a single title as Family CFO, I understand that this means something different to each of my clients," he says.
"By providing exceptional and individualized services, I strive to make each family I work with feel as though they are my only client," Karl says. "I try to make this evident in every interaction between my clients, me and my team members."
In addition to providing superior service, Karl also brings an extensive background in the financial industry to his position. Prior to joining Moneta in 2000, he worked for more than 20 years in the banking industry, first with Mercantile Bank and then Firstar Bank in St. Louis. Past positions in cash management sales and product development, commercial lending and government banking have helped Karl specialize in small and mid-size business banking at Moneta Group.
Karl earned his bachelors degree from University of Missouri, Columbia in 1979 and an MBA in Finance from St. Louis University in 1986. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and he received his CFP® designation in 2007.
Karl sits on numerous boards and committees, including: past president and a member of numerous committees at Lutheran Church of Webster Gardens, a member of the Investment Committee of Lutheran Family and Children's Services of Missouri, chairman of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of the Lutheran Foundation of St. Louis and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Lutheran Senior Services. Karl is also serving on the board of the Moneta Group Charitable Foundation
He enjoys biking, skiing, reading and serving various charitable interests. He and his wife, Anne, have three children.
