Giving Back to the Community

Having been part of St. Louis for more than 100 years, Moneta Group embraces its responsibility to support the local community. In addition to their own personal involvement in numerous charities, Moneta principals furthered their commitment to philanthropy by establishing the Moneta Group Charitable Foundation in 1999.

Since then, the Foundation has provided funding to St. Louis area charitable organizations and programs with a primary focus on children, education and the elderly. All funding for the Foundation comes directly from Moneta principals and staff. Through payroll deductions, memorials and special tributes, in only 10 years the Foundation reached its goal of $1 million.

The Moneta Group Charitable Foundation intends to continue to provide funding for organizations and programs with a primary focus on children, education, the elderly, and community needs through its new volunteer initiative, Moneta Momentum. By encouraging hands-on volunteerism by Moneta Group employees, the Foundation expects to enhance the quality of life for those who live in the Metro St. Louis region.
